Painting Leaves Gwenda's Way
How often does an aspiring artist try desperately to paint a favourite flower and is then put off by the leaves. Sometimes, leaves are just too hard to paint or the colour is too hard to mix. There is always help around the corner!
Many of you will have seen Gwenda's paintings at Botanica and Floressence. Her subjects are varied and challenging. They can have large or small leaves, some are lobed, others hairy, wide bladed or strappy with varied veination. But, in Gwenda's paintings they all look great! So, lets get together with Gwenda and learn some of her approaches. Bring any of your 'leafy' problems and discuss possible solutions.
